I'm an only child but I've typically led a very active social life. I was always outside, always at an event, always around people. At one point I got sick of it of all the noise, but I never realized how loud it could be once I was by myself. It didn't stay like this. Once I learned how to sit with myself through prayer and meditation, it got better.
